PAT 4 Tablets for Joints | Glucosamine + Chondroitin + MSM & Hyaluronic Acid

PAT 4 advanced fortified formula is a combination of Glucosamine sulfate, Chondroitin sulfate, Hyaluronic acid, and Methylsulfonylmethane which safeguard joint health. There is a special connection between this combination and the maintenance of healthy cartilage, joints, and muscles. Certain supplements can help strengthen as well as prevent the destruction of joints. To remain healthy, all cartilage regardless of type needs proteoglycans to attract and maintain water molecules; a collagenous mesh in which to bind the proteoglycans;, and plenty of water.

However, it is difficult for most people to achieve a well-balanced diet and therefore a good dietary supplement is necessary.

Pat 4 Tablets Indications

All form of osteoarthritis, cartilage degeneration, and joint pain.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any PAT 4 Tablets ingredient (glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM or hyaluronic acid).

Precautions

There are no controlled data available for the use of Glucosamine, sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, Hyaluronic acid, and methylsulfonylmethane during pregnancy.

Pat 4 Tablets Side Effects

No major side effects are associated with Glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid and methylsulfonylmethane in therapeutic doses. Side effects are rare and mild, mostly related to G.1 track such as nausea, epigastric discomfort etc. Urticaria and pruritis have also been reported rarely.

Dosage and Administration

Take one tablet twice a day or as adviced by a doctor.

Glucosamine Sulphate

It helps rebuild cartilage, connective tissue and cartilage in the body include a high concentration of glucosamine, which is a natural compound. Found in many body tissues, especially bone, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, eyes, synovial (joint) fluid, heart valves and mucous membrane of the digestive respiratory track. Glucosamine is one of the biological compounds that help to create more support for the joints and helps to exert a protective effect against joint destruction in conditions associated with osteoarthritis.

Chondroitin Sulphate

It helps intake of fluids and nutrients into the cartilage. Chondroitin sulfate is a mucopolysaccharide (proteoglycan) found in most mammalian cartilaginous tissues. It consists of repeating chains of molecules called glycosaminoglycans (GAG's). It is a major constituent of cartilage providing structure, holding water and nutrients and allowing other molecules to move through cartilage, as there is no blood supply to cartilage. It probably plays a more important role by combating and neutralizing destructive enzymes in the joints.

Chondroitin sulfate supplementation is considered da beneficial cofactor because it provides the immediate presence of the principal GAG of cartilage. In the compromised osteoarthritis joint, the pursuit of normalized cartilage metabolism is enhanced by ready-made molecules that are critical to the rehydration process. Many osteoarthritis sufferers have found a combined use to be beneficial. Like glucosamine, this has been considered as a possible modifier of symptoms in osteoarthritis.

Hyaluronic Acid (HA)

It is also known as hyaluronan or hyaluronate, is a carbohydrate, more specifically a mucopolysaccharide occurring naturally throughout the human body. When not bound to other molecules, it binds to water giving it a stiff viscous quality similar to "Jello".

This viscous Gel is one of the most heavily researched substances in medicine today with thousands of trials mostly in the fields of orthopedics and eye surgery. Its function in the body is amongst other things, to bind water and to lubricate movable parts of the body, such as joints and muscles. Its consistency and tissue friendliness allow it to be beneficial in skin care products as an excellent moisturizer. Because Hyaluronic acid is one of the most hydrophilic (water-loving)molecules in nature with numerous benefits for the human body it can be described as "nature's moisturizer".

Hyaluronic acid is found in all bones and cartilage structures throughout the body. Both of these structures provide a resilient rigidity to the structure of the human body. Hyaluronic acid is especially found in various forms of cartilage. Hyaluronic acid works by acting as a cushion and lubricant in the joints and other tissues. In addition, it might affect the way the body responds to injury.

Hyaluronic acid is being approved by the FDA for treatment of osteoarthritis by injection.

MethylSulfonylMethane (MSM)

It is a relatively new dietary supplement form of sulfur that is found in our living tissues. MSM supports healthy connective tissues like tendons, ligaments, and muscle. Thus, it is important in conditions such as arthritis, muscle pains, bursitis, etc.

MSM should be considered an integral part of any healthcare practice because of its physiological action, indirect importance, and current uses. MSM is a "naturally-occurring nutrient found in normal human diets. It is sold as a dietary supplement and marketed often in combination with glucosamine and chondroitin for helping to treat or prevent osteoarthritis.

MSM in PAT 4 Tablets can relieve pain and help repair worn or damaged cartilage in joints, ligaments, and tendons with healthy and flexible new cells.
